Via Internet or Intranet employees are able to book times, correct false bookings or plan and request absence times using their smartphone, tablet or PC. The flexible system for personnel time recording thus also simplifies routine tasks, such as the submission and processing of holiday requests. Employees no longer need to fill out laborious forms and can access the most important information, such as their remaining holidays, directly on the MTZ Smart Time. On the other hand, the supervisor gets an up-to-date overview of the personnel situation in his department at any given time (who is on business trip, on vacation or absent for other reasons?) and thus gets an effective planning aid.
In the clearly represented monthly ledger the employees see all their bookings per day and month as well as the calculated balances. Possible false bookings in the personnel time recording can be corrected and remaining holidays such as already planned holidays can be retrieved. Via the MTZ Smart Time, external employees are able to do clock-in and clock-out bookings without booking terminals. This is based on a well-conceived workflow which clearly defines which employee is authorised to do which bookings and corrections and which respective supervisor is authorised to approve requests.
